(Specifically, for non-filing/ non-payment for an extended period, where the debtor would “ride out” the period of debt to the expiration period of te debt)..

NJ uses a system by which they get a court order. I was unable to find any specific statute regarding income tax but there is a 20 year collection limitation for domestic orders.
